The frontend is a responsive, interactive Next.js application that gives each user type a tailored experience, with role-based views across properties, tenants, leases, maintenance requests, and subscriptions.
The interface includes data visualization for lease and maintenance metrics, real-time notifications powered by WebSockets, and a smooth sign-in experience with email and Google OAuth. Payments for subscriptions are integrated through Flutterwave, and users can upload documents and media directly from the dashboard.
Haven's frontend consumes a dedicated REST API backend (Haven Server), keeping a clear separation of concerns between the UI and the business logic and making the platform suitable for both small-scale operations and larger deployments.Technologies
